  2. Demonstrate practical skills for enhancing performers’ focus, values alignment, and resilience under pressure.

  3. Integrate evidence-based performance psychology strategies into therapeutic practice with diverse range of clients.

  4. Apply interventions that compliment performance contexts and avoid contraindication of psychological strategies

  5. Analyse ethical considerations unique to performance settings, including boundaries and dual relationships.

  6. Develop and implement individualised intervention plans for performers experiencing both clinical and performance-related difficulties.

As one of Australia's most progressive performance psychologists, Daniel is committed to assisting athletes fulfil their potential through cultivating a performance mindset that stands up to the rigours of elite sport.

Daniel works in performance everyday, and understands the pressures and opportunities that occur in these intense, unique environments. He is well positioned to help athletes perform in moments that matter; bringing their attention, energy, and commitment to actions inline with performance.

Daniel combines up-to-date neuroscience and psychology with performance strategies used by the most successful athletes and coaches and delivers this in an energetic, creative and easily digestible way.

Some of Daniel's success with his clients have included: Olympic qualifications, World Championship medals, WTA tour titles, world records, national titles and executive/high performance job attainment.

Caroline is a registered psychologist with almost 20 years of experience who has worked in a variety of contexts in both clinical and performance psychology. As a former Olympian (Athens 2004) she has unique insight into elite performance which she combines with her psychological understanding and professional experience in her private practice and other consulting roles. Caroline is committed to engaging with people by emphasising the connection, relationship and authenticity between herself and her client. Caroline was the Australian Olympic Committee Lead psychologist for the Paris 2024 Olympics, and is currently the Lead Psychologist  for the Melbourne Mavericks (Suncorp Super Netball Team).  She has been a Senior Consultant to the Australian Institute of Sport Games Ready Program, has been the Performance Psychologist at the Victorian Institute of Sport for over 8 years working with a range of sports including Diving, Cycling, Gymnastics. Furthermore, Caroline is one of the selected psychologist across Australia for The Australian Institute of Sport Mental Health Referrals Network (MHRN), providing individual care to Australia’s elite athletes as well as a Consulting Psychologist for the AFL Players Association and the Professional Footballers Association. Caroline has worked in the UK in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services as well at Austin Health in Melbourne in acute psychiatric settings.
